Starting as Springfield Egg Products, a family run business which has been involved in the egg industry for over 30 years. Our decision in recent years to become one of the country's major egg processors has meant a huge investment in modernising and expanding our processing plant.
We now have one of the most efficient plants in the United Kingdom producing a full range of high quality egg products for bakers, confectioners and specialist food processors.
